There's really no way to take a bad picture in Hawaii. Ever since I got my hands on a digital camera, I've been running through miles and miles of virtual film. Pictures on this page were taking with a 1 megapixel Kodak DC25, a 2 megapixel Kodak DC3800, and a 3 megapixel Canon PowerShot SD110.
Photos on this page are presented in one of three ways:
Walking Tours - photos presented sequentially with descriptions designed to let you walk in my footsteps.
Photo Journeys - photos presented in such a way as to tell a story or some sort.
Little Piles of pictures - quick shots of interesting things.
Rather than talking about pictures, why don't I just show you some?
Waikiki and Grand Old Hotels - Have you seen Waikiki lately? If not, you're in for a pleasant surprise. Browse through these photos to see the two oldest hotels in Waikiki as well as the recent make-over. You'll love the landscaping and flagstone!
Honolulu City Lights - Each year the City of Honolulu puts in an incredible festival of lights. Downtown buildings are decorated in roughly 20 million lights. Our Honolulu Hale (Hawaiian for City Hall) features a huge Christmas tree and Santa like you've never seen him before. The whole event kicks off with a parade.
The Road to Hana - This photo journey will take you along some of the most beautiful coastline in the world. The long and winding road to Hana presents unforgettable and inspiring views.
